Hand-Made to Fit
There are no pre-built cabinets and no pre-set sizes. Each cabinet is custom built to fit the unique or challenging spaces in your home. Jeffrey William Construction will work with you and or a designer or architect to create the look-and-feel you’ve always dreamed of. After our meeting with you, we will design a layout for your space with a 3 dimensional computer rendering. Once a plan is set, we will build your cabinets to fit your exact space, measuring it personally.
Jeffrey William Construction’s standard cabinetry is built with three-quarter inch domestic maple plywood sides and half-inch domestic maple plywood backs. Any exposed plywood sides will match your face frame material. We offer three-quarter inch domestic maple plywood adjustable shelves on uppers and lowers, with optional, adjustable pull-out shelves on lowers. Standard drawers are made of 5/8-inch maple and are dove-tailed for maximum strength. All drawers are mounted on full-extension, soft-closed Blum drawer slides.
Face frames, drawer fronts, and raised panel doors are all solid lumber: red oak, white oak, walnut, cherry, hickory, ash, or maple. Each is finished with a single coat of lacquer, sanding sealer, and two coats of a clear-satin, post-catalyzed spray lacquer. Custom stained colors, and painted finishes are available. A selection of various molding is available, standard and custom in matching finish.
Raised-panel doors and drawers can be custom built in many styles. Both arch-top doors and cathedral arch-top doors are available, and most doors are hung on three-way adjustable soft close Blum European hinges. We also offer raised-panel end panels, three-quarter inch toe kicks, and accessory counter-top brackets.
